For me, food is about more than what’s on the plate—it’s about creating moments of connection, comfort, and joy. I have a deep love for seasonal ingredients and take pride in serving dishes that are both elegant and inviting, tailored to reflect you and your occasion.

My journey as a chef began almost 20 years ago in the military, where I learned to thrive in kitchens of every kind—from high-pressure competitions as a member of the Culinary Arts Team to cooking in austere environments such as Afghanistan. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of catering for VVIPs, including members of royalty, both in the UK and overseas. Those experiences taught me that great food can be created anywhere, and that every meal—no matter where it’s served—should feel special.

Today, I bring that same passion and commitment into my private chef services. Whether it’s an intimate dinner in your own home, a gathering in a holiday rental, or a special celebration, I design bespoke menus to suit your tastes and occasion. From curated tasting menus to relaxed family-style meals, my aim is always to deliver restaurant-quality food in a way that feels personal, warm, and memorable.
